One more year

One more year; one more September.  Is the glass half full or half empty.
We start every year looking at common core readings for Freshmen and for the Campus.  This year we are reading the Cellist of Sarajevo.  I tackled this last summer and could describe it as powerful and depressing at the same time.   What are you reading this year?
