It Tolls For Thee

Library closings are usually never welcome unless it means an opening of a new, better facility like I mentioned in an earlier post this week. This one was mentioned a few days ago and contains a link to a Library Use Value Calculator. [via]

A Challenge
I'm searching for the author of the following quote which may be inexact:
"You can get along better with libraries and no money than with in times of money and no libraries." I have looked several places and not yet found it. If anyone knows the origin of this quote, please contact me.
