Should this day be a National Holiday?

Although Summer isn't officially until June 21, for me it starts the day ACL Conference ends.
I have returned tired but at the same time renewed, refreshed, and anticipating continuing to hear great reports from all the attendees and the Conference for this year. I also have a huge list of books to read but I can't report on them yet because they are somewhere among my conference notes.

One last Conference task is to send out thank yous or bread and butter notes and here. I also want to thank those who told me they read my blog and even enjoyed it! Thanks, I may not post as often this year, but your words have encouraged me to keep at it for a while.
