Hooray! No classes to teach for until Mid May.
Instead I'm filling in for reference staff one evening a week, working on our NLW/Easter activities, summer classes, and my presentation for ACL. I'm going through my usual pre-presentation angst--it's not good enough, no one will be interested or will have heard it before, I won't be able to be ready in time. I am my own worst enemy when working on projects and have self-selected out of more great opportunities than I can remember.

I'm writing at the student cafe and listening to students next to me work on a project for class. Great way to hear off-the-cuff remarks about classes and how students work together.
