National Book Month

October is National Book Month this year and the National Book Award Finalists have been announced. [via Kids Lit]
The National Book Association is presenting a series of 100 life changing books
I noticed that the King James Bible is on the list (no. 49). What book changed your life aside from the Bible. With a huge nod toward the Bible, I would also opt for The Invisible Man by Ralph Ellison and maybe The Screwtape Letters by C. S. Lewis. However, I don't know the criteria for a lifechanging book.
