Leap Year or Leap Day?

You may know the saying : "Today is the tomorrow you worried about yesterday."  However, I can safely say, that an extra day in the year constitutes a rare tomorrow.  Leap Days provide a hoste of traditions for everyone including marriage proposals.  According to the site linked above, it's also the saint day for Oswald.who had the misfortune to die on a Leap Day. So I checked Butler's  Lives of the Saints for Leap Day Saints and our library's version has no Feb. 29.

This day has also become Say Something Nice on the Internet Day.  Only once in four years?

As a word, "leap" has become also an Acronym for Liberal Education America's Promise.  apparently Universities in various states are emphasizing the importance of a liberal education --not to be confused with the political ideology which may pay lip service to the values but often does not practice them.
Enjoy the day; it won't be back for a while.
