Posts and Conferences, Oh My!

Three days until the deadline for sending in a topic proposal for ACL2008. I've already promised to help one group. Today I submitted a second proposal because it seemed like several people had the same wonderful idea I had - or a form of it. And then I read a wonderful account of a topic in which I wish I had some expertise: Book Reviews. It's been a while since someone presented this topic at the Conference. If you write reviews, how about sharing some tips for the rest of us next June?
